In the event your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the product while we review your claim. All defective or shipping damage claims must be reviewed by the tech department to confirm the damage is not a result of an improper installation attempt or abuse. If a shipping courier (UPS, USPS, etc) caused the damage, we will begin a damage claim with that courier.
If replacement part(s) are requested to be shipped prior to the return of the original product, we will temporarily authorize your credit card for the full retail amount of the order until the original product is returned and the RMA is completed.
